Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kelp meat

  • 3 tsp kelp powder

  • 2¼ tsp ground sage

  • pinch of coriander

  • pinch chili flake

  • 1½ tsp crushed fennel seed

  • 1½ tsp salt

  • ¾ tsp black pepper

  • ¾ tsp fennel powder

  • 3 tsp maple syrup

Method

Combine all ingredients into a bowl, and mix until evenly seasoned

shape patties, the recipe should make 6-8

Cook on medium heat, 3-4 minutes on each side
